Through a co-creative coaching process, we uncover and facilitate an individual’s professional and leadership growth, awareness and highest potential. Using CASEL’s Core 5 competencies that make up Social and Emotional Skills (Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skill, Responsible Decision-Making) as the framework that creates a roadmap for gaining clarity and identifying and addressing opportunities to make long-lasting mindset shifts. I combine science-based holistic techniques that integrate neuroscience, leadership development, health practices and mindfulness to bring renewed energy and insight to your work and your life.
